Welcome to Iowa Pediatric Dental Center
From the moment children walk in the door, they know they are some place special, some place fun! Your child’s first visit to the dentist is the most important one. If the visit is a pleasant one, your child will feel better about seeing the dentist regularly and about taking good care of his or her smile.
So to make dentistry fun at Iowa Pediatric Dental Center, there are books, toys, video games & play structures. We also have flat screen televisions in every room where children can watch TV during treatment as a positive distraction. And, of course, extra gentle care and friendly people.
When dentistry is fun for kids, moms and dads, lives become a whole lot easier. Because when your child is having fun at the dentist, they become more compliant with their treatment program. That means you’ll be taking your child to the dentist less often in the future, which will save you both time and money over the years to come.
We have locations in Cedar Rapids, Coralville and Muscatine, allowing us to provide unrivaled pediatric dental care throughout Eastern Iowa.

Your Child’s First Visit
We understand that choosing the right dentist for your child is an important decision. Well, at Iowa Pediatric Dental Center, we strive to make your child’s first visit fun and enjoyable.
The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP), the American Dental Association (ADA), and the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry (AAPD) all recommend establishing a “Dental Home” for your child by one year of age. Children who have a dental home are more likely to receive appropriate preventive and routine oral health care, and we would love to be the dental home for your child!
